Sirf Chahne Se Koi Baat Nahi Hoti,
Suraj Ke Samne Kabhi Raat Nahi Hoti,
Hum Chahte Hai Jinhe Jaan Se Bhi Jyada,
Woh Samne Hai Par Baat Bhi Nahi Hoti.


insaan agar pyar me gira,
to gum me pad hi jata hai,
Kyunki pyar chaahe jitna bhi karo,
thoda sa to kam pad hi jata hai.


I sit here tonight
with thoughts of you.
Wishing you were here with me
like I always do.


I close my eyes and try to go to sleep,
But with the sadness inside I begin to weep.
Suddenly I remember what you once said to me,
Just meet me in the stars, waiting for you I will be.


takdir unki jo hume aazmaye baithi hai,
aaye hai mehfil me magar dur jakar baithe hai.
nazro se mile nazar to bat ho,
afshosh ki woh nazre jukaye baithe hai.
